Issue with Project Server 2007 on Citrix

Our first time trying to get a Project Pro Citrix user into Project Server.
First we added the server account.

The user decided to log all the way out of Citrix, and log back into Project
Pro. The users project server account was gone. I'm the Project Server
admin, but this seems to be a problem with the way our Citrix environment is
set up. Maybe some ini file. Any Ideas I can forward on to our tech folks?

Kerry:

Talk to your Citrix folks and explain to them that your users need a
persistent profile to use Project with Project Server correctly. This is a
problem in large Citrix farms where user profiles created on the fly
depending on the server the user is hitting. You many need to treat these
users differently or dedicate a specific server for this purpose. I'm sure
you'll have lots of fun pursuing this conversation. I hope you've got a
cooperative group with which to have it!
