Issues connecting to mail server

Hello,

I can access my company's mail server using a thin client
version of Outlook 2003. I cannot connect to the mail
server however when using Outlook 2003 thick client on my
machine. All of the settings on my thick client appear
correct and are the same as other people in the company
are using, and they have no problems. Any thoughts about
what I might try to get my thick client connection to
work?
