Issues Owner report

I need to have a report that shows me all the issues that are Active, the
owner (assigned person) of the issue and the issue text. I can't find any
sharepoint data reference diagram that I can use to get this information.
How can I do this report?

If you are using P2007 then you can use the downloadable SRS reporting pack.
If you are using P2003 then you have two choices...
1. you develop your own customised reports and find your way around the
database
2. you use a list aggregator within WSS to show all the issues from the WSS
sites you have.
