Issues & Risks Center error

Hello:

When I try to access Issues & Risks from the PWA (Project Server
2007), I am getting the following error. Has anyone seen it? Any idea
what may be wrong?

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: ProjectServerError(s)
LastError=GeneralUnhandledException Instructions: Pass this into
PSClientError constructor to access all error information
at
Microsoft.Office.Project.Server.WebService.PWA.ProjectPWSCrossSiteQueryForIssueRiskCenter(PWSListTemplateType
templateType)
