Issues & Risks Rollup

If I enter a risk in one of my workspaces and assign it to myself, it shows
up on the PWA home page, at the top where it says "1 new risk assigned to
you." I can then go to the Issues and Risks page and see that I do have an
active risk assigned to me. However, when I do the same with Issues, the PWA
homepage doesn't show that I have a new issue assigned to me. Also, when I
go to the Issues and Risks page, I can SEE the projects that have issues I've
assigned to myself, but they all show a zero count for active issues.

Are the issues not rolling up properly?

Kevin:

After adding issues and risks, you need to publish the Project Plan to light
all this up.

Gary, sadly, no dice. Projects have been re-published and the issue counts
all still show zero.

I may have been a little too vague though. When I add risks, they show up
fine on the rollup without a publish event. When I add an issue, the project
(or workspace) the issue came from is added to the issues page, but all the
counts still show zero. For what it's worth, I just tried another experiment
as well. I deleted all the issues on one of my workspace pages, did NOT
publish, returned to the Issues & Risks page and simply refreshed the page.
That workspace disappeared from the list, but my counts are all still zero.
The risk counts in the table immediately below my issues table seem to work
fine.

Have you customized the project workspace, project workspace template, or
the metadata associated with Issues?

If you create a brand new workspace using the default template, do you have
the same issue?

Thank you, Andrew! That was it. I had changed the status options. So, now
I guess I'll just convince my stakeholders that the default status options
are fine (which they are).

I am having the same problem, with my Active Issues and Active Risks counts showing "0", and I have not changed the default "Status" fields. Any other suggestions?
