How do I make a view or a report of Issues? I want to be able to get a view
of the outstanding Issues based on the Assign To and another one based on the
Owner fields. How do I do this?

Sorry - I figured this one out. I found where I can build views under the
issues setup. This was not intuitive but it looks great.
