Issues vs. Problems

Can you help me ? I would like know basic differents between Issues and
Problems.

To me a problem is a difficulty that I or my team can resolve by doing some
thinking and work. An Issue is something that will happen that I and my team
cannot resolve unaided and so needs communicating/escalating to
customer/management. A Risk is something that may happen.
