Issues when going from OL2003 back to OL98...

Having some roaming issues with OL98 when coming from
OL2003.
1.) The Outlook Today icon should have the users exchange
server name in brackets, it now looks like 'Outlook Today -
[]' instead of 'Outlook Today - [John Doe]'

2.) Under 'Tools>Services', where, what used to be
Exchange Server and Personal Address Book now is '???
and ???' When I try to edit, or add services, I get error
messages.

If we go back to OL2003 from OL98, there is no problems,
but going from OL2003 backward to OL98 renders OL98
completely useless.

Any known issues? ideas?
