Issues with LDAP server

Can anyone help me out? My Outlook XP (IMAP) at work
keeps stalling out when checking an LDAP directory. I
have to reboot whenever it happens. I installed SP-2 and
it keeps on happening. Even IT is puzzled. Anyone have
any suggestions?
