Issues with OCR

Hello,
I'm having issue getting OneNote to recognize text from images. When I
import images, it recognizes some, but not all of the text. However, if I
right click on the image, go to Make Text in Image Searchable, and disable
the feature, and then reenable the feature again, OneNote will now pick up
all the text. Is there any way to force OneNote to scan the image when it's
imported.

I'm using OneNote 2007 and importing images that are stored in a PowerPoint
presentation

OneNote "makes text" automatically (if that option is enabled) but there is
often a delay.
