Issues with seeing resource grid under PWA

I've got a user who cannot see the resource grid under PWA. They're
the only user who can't so it must be a machine configuration issue of
some sort. They've redownloaded all the controls and this still
doesn't help. Given they use the resource availability view which
follows the resource grid I would really like to get it back working
for them but have run out of ideas as to how to fix it. To make
things more complex they've been using Maxthon on top of IE so I'm
guessing that is not going to help....

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
