When using Word 2000, as user I support has had an issue whereby they found that the application locked up duruing the initial browsing.
They were browsing through a network folder, into 4 different subfolders to a set of ducoments (approximately 500 mbyte folder size) using windows 2000 sp6 as platform. Can anyone shed some clight on howI go about fixing this?
Is there a fix for this?
