Could someone guide me how to disable Modify settings and
columns in the Issues page? I don't want all the users to
have permission to modify the settings.
Urgent help required?

Are you certain that everyone can change them? Only the Project Manager for
that site is allowed that level of access. Keep in mind that everyone can
see the settings selection and load the settings page, but team members
should not be able to save the settings.

Regarding Issues, everyone is able to save the settings.
How to restrict Team members from saving the settings?
