I have set all users on Project server Authentication &
few users on Windows Authentication. When I create a new
issue the Assigned To & Issue Owner fields goes not give
the full list of resource names. It only shows up the
Project Administrator name & STSAdmin name. How can I
populate the list of names in this field? Any ideas?

David:

The list populates with any Windows users who have published assignments on
the project. If you have Windows users who have published assignments in the
project and aren't showing in the pick list, you can use the synchronize
users feature from the Admin > Manage SharePoint > Manage subwebs menu to
re-synch the user list.
