I am helping out afirend who had a website with a menu on the side, she lost
her password to get in and so the isp reset it, now the menu is missing and
so are the themes. Did anyone ever hear of this and how do we get it back. I
went in the files and no menu exits it's gone all the pages have the theme
removed and the menu is gone and I even checked the hidden files.... it's
vanished....

No she doesn't she gave me the passwords to get on so i can access all the
files and to be honest she knows even less about frontpage than i do so, so
what can we do? do you know why that would happen?

About the only thing I can think of is to have the hosting company restore the web from a backup.
( if they have one )

No, i have access to all the existing files and somehow the themes and the
menu disappeared on her when she got the new password. I swaw it before this
happened and it was there, now it's just like a page with no links because
they were on the side

Where is the computer the website was designed on? If it crashed, use the
backup copy that was burned to CD and stored!! IT WASN'T? :-(
