it just keeps not working?????

After a couple of days of inactivity, project server just seems to stop
working, you cannot access via web or outlook, but i can see nothing on the
server in the way of admin programs or anything, the only admin i know of is
via the web, which i cannot access! is there a service which needs to be
started or something like that i can check??? or indeed any other form af
administration, has anyone else encountered this before??
