It takes too many time to open attached word file

Serveral people suffered the same problem while opening an attached word
file, it always take to many time. But all these occurred when they worked in
office with LAN supported, it seemed to look for some printers when open the
..doc file.
Also they told me that it worked fine when they did it at home.
Any idea? Thanks.
