Item COWORKER is greyed out in Organization Chart

Hi there,

When I try to do an organization chart, I can not add a coworker at the *top
level*, this item is greyed out.

I posted in another forum but I am not too sure which Word forum to post
this question but here it is.

check within the tools area and make sure that you are
able to add this particular item to your chart.
most of the time you should be, but sometimes you may not
be able to.
