its become my Smith (avserve & avserve2)

very confusing indeed, my computer is being harassed
constantly by what seems to be the trio Lsass.exe,
Avserve.exe and Avserve2.exe. they all seem to go hand in
hand, as turning off Avserve in the task manager, just
restarts Avserve, then starts another Avserve2.exe, just
as well, whenever i turn off Avserve2.exe (any of them) i
get the NT authority error for Lsass.exe, shutting down
my computer. the Avserve, and Avserve2 take up all
remaining CPU power, and divide it amongst themselves,
making my computer unbearably slow. i have deleted the
files themselves, there registry settings, which then
subjects me to the restart, after which i see brand fresh
new files and registries. the more annoying facts, are
that i come up with nothing whenever i do a search for
the Avserve files on the internet, and after a while, my
internet stops working, which is then fixed when i turn
of the Avserve2.....creating the restart
(oh, and theres now 27 seconds remaining for me to post)
PLEASE HELP!!!

The presence of an AVSERVE or AVSERVE2 file on your computer indicates the
presence of the newest "nasty" currently circulating in the wild: the
Sasser worm.

You can find more about this worm in the Virus Alerts section of the
following link:

http://www.microsoft.com/security/

After cleaning up your computer, please do secure it by following
instructions also available at the above link, which include: installing
all Microsoft updates, installing and keeping current an anti-virus program,
installing and keeping current firewall software.
