I've dismissed all my appointments!

I've managed to dismiss loads of past appointments (reminders) from my
Outlook.
Is there anyway I can quickly get them all back without having to
scroll into the past!?

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think so - once they're dismissed, they're dismissed. I don't think
there's an "undo" for that.

If you just DELETED them, they should be in the "DELETED ITEMS" folder -
Unless you deleted entries in there too, in which case you have lost them..

Do you have a recent backup? You could rename the backup and load that into
Outlook and then transfer the appointments across to your main Outlook PST
file.
