Greetings all,

Thanks to all your help, I've got the viewer installed but the first time I
tried to use it, the Microsoft Office Installment Wizard popped up and wanted
all the info that it has always refused to accept. The document is from an
Outlook Express password protected account at work. What now?

Again, thanks for any help or insight1

Could you please clarify your question and what exactly is going wrong?
Remember, we can't see what you're doing there, so you need to be explicit.

My Office 2003 will not accept my registration number for a trial offer. I
need to have Word to read stuff from work and my homeowners assoc. I was
told to install word reader. I did. When I try to run a document on the
Word reader, the screen pops up wanting the registration info. How do I
proceedfrom here? Thanks for any suggestions...

Thanks.

I'm not sure if this will work, but try opening the Word Viewer and then use
File|Open to navigate to your document.

Hello again,
I opened the document from work and was told the reader could not access it.
I was not signed in to my work account so that may be the problem. I'll try
again tomorrow when I have more time and let you know how it goes...Thanks
again!

??

Have you actually saved the document to your hard drive? If not, that's the
first step. In other words, don't try to just open it from within Outlook or
Outlook Express. Save it to your hard drive. Then open the Viewer and
navigate to the file on your hard drive.
