I've lost "MAINSP1op.msp" can it be reapplied?

I've lost "MAINSP1op.msp" can it be reapplied?

When I try to install a feature, it prompts for this file, can't even
re-install or uninstall Office 2003, it was from service pack 1, I think.
So much for the quality of automatic cleanup utilities.
