Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

I do not know how this has happened... but i opened Word and all my toolbars have dissappeared (apart from the annoying elements bar) and i cant even reset them because the VIEW menu has dissapeared from the toolbar too!!!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still the same. None of the other office programmes are effected.

Please can someone get my View menu back. Its pretty hard using word wihtout any tool bars!

Most likely the toolbars have "disappeared" because of Apple's ingenious
little oblong button at the right end of the document window's title bar -
click it & see if they don't magically "re-appear" :)

If they do, Control/Right-Click one of them, select Customize Toolbars and
Menus, then go to the Toolbars & Menus page. Select the name of the
Worksheet Menu Bar, click the Reset button then OK.

If that doesn't correct it go back into the same dialog's Commands page.
Select Built-in Menus from the Categories list then drag View from the
Commands list to its rightful place on the Application Menu Bar.
