I've lost one of my MS Office cds!!

I have bought a new computer and am currently
reinstalling everything, opened the first of my MS Office
200 Pro cds and the cd itself is missing, not sure where
it could be, it's over 2 years since I last used it.

Wondering if anyone has any suggestions, other than
purchasing another copy?

If you know someone lese with the identical version, you can ask him.her to
burn you a copy. There is nothing on any MS CD that ties it to a specific
Product Key. There is only an algorithm that checks for the proper version.
So...a Std. Key won't work with a Pro CD, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.

Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]

Microsoft no longer has copies of Office 2000 to offer as
a replacement. Only Office XP and later.
