I've lost page border art. How can I restore it?

I've lost the dialog box that allows you to use page border art (Format,
Borders and Shading, Page Border then "Art" box.) I had clicked on "Show
Toolbar" and the dialog box for Art disappeared. How can I restore it?

There's not really a "dialog" for Border Art, just a dropdown list. Are you
not seeing that at the bottom of the Page Border tab of Format | Borders and
Shading?
