I've lost the Office Assistant in Excel and PowerPoint

I have Office 2003. The Assistant is available in Word, but no longer in
PowerPoint and Excel. Any suggestions?

Depending on the assistant the dish of food would have worked.
It most likely was the repair that didn't work.
