Iwant 2 always display full dropdown list fromFile,Edit etc-How?

Is it possible to default office to display the whole list all the time? I
find it really irrritating to have to expand the list when what I need is not
visible. Who cares if the drop down is longer!!!!

In Word, click on Tools | Customize | Options | check the "Always
show full menus" box | OK.
