Iwant to create customer satisfaction survey

Hi all, I am trying to create a customer satisfaction survey and want an
email version,
I have been told that infopath is the best way, have done tests and get the
free type
section ok, even get the tick boxes working if the email recipient has
infopath
but what about recipient who don't ? i tired with my hotmail account and it
don't like.
any advise please I don't have much hair left as it is.
