Japanese language support

I have Windows Me, with Microsoft Office installed. I am
trying to get Japanese language support on my computer so
that i can type in Japanese, but I can't! I've downloaded
the Global IME and it still doesn't work. How can I email
in Japanese?

What version of Office do you have? Office XP requires a special IME to be
installed to work with it.
