Jaundice Boy neds help

[Jaundice Boy]

My Boss has a problem with Word.When he presses enter the
curser drops to the Bottom of the page after writing a
sentence.Anyone know why it is behaving this way?

Hi, JB,

Look in File > Page Setup, on the Layout tab, and see what the
Vertical Alignment box says. If it isn't "Top", change it to that.
Click the Default button at the bottom left and answer Yes to the
message about changing Normal.dot.
