Javaw.exe generated errors and will be closed

A user receives this error message periodically when printing from Word. It
says that an error log is being generated but it doesn't say where the file
is.

She's on Windows 2000 SP2, Office 2000 SP3. This error has occurred in
other programs as well. Does anyone know a solution? Thanks, K

This appears to be a Java problem. According to the discussion here:

The problem sometimes is resolved by finding/renaming the file:

symcjit.dll

It doesn't matter what you rename it to.

I know zip abot Java... but you might read the discussion in that link and
see if the suggestion "fixes" the user's problem.
