Jet 4.0 SP 8 Gives Setup Error

I have a problem in installing Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8. I get the following error

KB829558 Setup Error
Setup has detected that the version of the Service Pack installed on your system i
lower than what is necessary to apply this hot fix

At minimum, you must have Service Pack 3 installed

Is the Service Pack 3 in the Error message for that of Windows 2000??
I only have service pack 2 installed on my Windows 2000

My system is running Win 2000 OS with Service pack 2 5.00.2195, Access 2000 with sp 3. The version of the jet 4.0 is sp5
I did a search for msjet40.dll and I see my version to be 4.0.4431.

Can Someone tell me how I can update my Jet 4.0 to Sp 8

I was using the download "Windows2000-KB829558-x86-ENU.exe

it refers to your windows servicepack which is to low (2
instead of 3,4....)

5.00.2195, Access 2000 with sp 3. The version of the jet
4.0 is sp5.
