Jet 4.0 SP8 Error popup

Hello

I have installed Office 2003 on an XP Platform. I
upgraded from from Office 2000.

Now whenever I use Access 2003, I get this popup telling
me i need JET 4.0 Sp8. So I go to the Windows Office
Update website and when I try to download the service
pack it tells me that i already have a newer version of
the service pack installed.

How can I fix or correct this issue?

If anyone has any Ideas, please let me know. My email
