Jet Pack and Access 2003

According to the auto update I have the most current release of Jet Pack, but
I still can't get some of the wizards to work

I'm not sure what Jet service packs have to do with wizards. Have you tried
re-running the Access/Office installation to make sure you've actually
installed all the wizards?
