When I clean up my temp files the above does not get removed. Any help????

It shows up only after I have opened outlook only

Outlook uses a modified JET database format for PST files and Exchange
stores. That tmp file won't be unlocked as long as the Outlook process is
running.

If you're actually concerned about that temp file delete it when Outlook is
closed down.
