Where can I find a Job Log Template that would allow me to record every place I apply to for employment? I didn't see one on Excel 2004.

Why would you not "make" one?

You've paid all that money for Excel, if you learn to use it, it could turn
your life around. Particularly if you are applying for jobs: Excel skills
are a highly-marketable thing :)
