Join in query

In a spreadsheet I have created a Pivot table that gets
its data directly from a Navision database. When I join
tables the same data is importet into the spreadsheet
multiple times. I suspect that I'm using Join incorrectly.
Can anyone based on this short discription give a hint to
what I might have done wrong?
