Join Worksheets as in Access

Does any one knows how to combine two separate workseets
into one. Both separate worksheets has a common field and
several different others. At the end, I want some fields
from coming from one of the worksheets and others from the
other one. I know this can be done using Access, but I
want to see if there is a way to do the same using Excel.

I'd create a third worksheet.

Copy the key values from both worksheets into a giant list.
Use Data|filter|Advanced Filter to extract the unique entries

Then use a bunch of =vlookup()'s to return the individual fields from the
original workbooks.
