Journal and dwg files

Can Outlook journal be configured to use AutoCAD drawing files. For example,
If I open a drawing to work on it, then close it, will Journal record the
time I was in that drawing? And then If I work on another project that day,
It will keep the time I have the dwg open then when I close it out.

It appear to offer to journal four MS programs. Word Access Presentations
Excel. I have wondered what would happen if you could find a way to launch
other programs from within one of those being journaled. Or maybe just open
a Word doc as a memo while other program is running, then remember to close
it when you close the actual program where work is done. Klunky but maybe
worth it if you don't change programs often.
