Journal body: (Shift)Tab to (un)indent?

In many Microsoft applications, Tab and Shift-Tab increases or
decreases the level of indentation. I don't suppose there is a button
somewhere to enable such behaviour when type text in the body of an
Outlook Journal entry? I am using Office 2003 on Windows XP.
