I am trying to setup Outlook to be used in a multi user enviorment. I want
to use a public folder to store the contacts however when I do this the
Journaling does not work. This is the same type of problem that I cam uppon
while trying to figure out how to use tasks for people in a public folder
(not able to see peoples active tasks for the contact but when people
complet the task they put them into a public folder that is linked to the
contact folder). So is there a similar way arround this? The big problem is
that if people need to have contacts in thier local inbox to make journaling
work nullifying the benifits for contacts in a public folder. What are the
options for this?
