Journal Entries don't sort correctly by date/time

Journal Entries sort correctly by date, but times are
usually wrong. Here's today's J/E (so far). Notice the
times:

Entry Type Subject Start Duration Categories

Task NT10 weekly reboot Tue 2/24/2004 4:32 pm 2
minutes Network
Task NT9 weekly reboot Tue 2/24/2004 4:30 pm 2
minutes Network
Task NT8 weekly reboot Tue 2/24/2004 4:28 pm 2
minutes Network
Task NT11 weekly reboot Tue 2/24/2004 4:43 am 2
minutes Network
Task NT9 restart Tue 2/24/2004 4:39 am 4
minutes Network
Task Process eMail Tue 2/24/2004 3:52 am
