Journal entries in Outlook 2003 when I open Access97 db. ...

Although my Outlook 2003 is not set to track access in Journal, everytime I
open access 97 a journal entry is created. If I open a database using Access
2000, no journal entry is created....any ideas? This is happening to all
network users of Access 97.
