Journal hangs outlook 2002

Hello there.

I have a user account that when choosing journal, outlook
stops responding.

I have tried:
Reinstallation
New e-mail profile
New windows profile
Detect and repair

I also logged on with another account on the same
computer and for that user the journal worked fine.

What could be the solution to the problem? It sure beats
me.
