Journal in Outlook 2002

Hi,

I would like to record automatically in the Journal my
notes, phone call messages and email messages. The only
way to activate that option is to go to Tools->Options-
Journal Options (on the General tab).

However, when I open up the Journal options, the window
where it says "Automatically record these items:" is
empty. According to Outlook help file, I should have a
few checkboxes inside for phone calls, notes,
conversations etc.

How do I enable this option in Outlook 2002? Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
