Hi All,
I have a domain of about 400 users and we recently
switched them to a new domain. This including a new
exchange server and domain controller.
However since this change, anyone who was using Outlook
Journal to record their document changes, phone calls, etc
is complaning that it no longer records their changes to
documents or anything they enter for that matter.
We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook, we
have tried anythat has been suggested on the MS KB, but to
no avail.
Can anyone help...
