Journal Problems

Hi, my name is Andrew and I am new to news groups. I am studying outlook for
the MOS test and I have run across a problem I can't solve. I know that you
can set outlook to automatcially make a journal entry when you recieve email
from a contact and that it will automatically create a journal entry when I
email that same contact? However, how do I set it where outlook will also
give the journal entry a category from email that I send. I have a rule set
that automatically sets email I receive to a certain category, but all the
mail I send is given no category. Rules won't do it. Can someone please help
me out? Thanks.
