For a few years now on and off we have experienced an issue with Microsoft
Outlook 2000 and the Journal Feature that seems to randomly and permenantly
forget to log anything, even though it is set to do so.
Over the past few years, we have explored all sides of this issue that we
can think of, such as OS / Office reinstalls, PST Repairs, and Complete new
PST's as well as registry hacks, and dozens of articles on the MS-KB related
to the many ways to un-bugger a damaged outlook journal, still as of today,
we are now on Windows XP Pro SP1 desktops, and all running the Office 2000
Professional SP3 fully up to date version, and still get the issue plagueing
out Admin department who use this for work tracking, and logging of work
related tasks.
Is there anyone who knows why this would be occouring so consistently. If so
please email me/reply to this thread, or alternativly is there another
program... or add on to office/windows that would track the use of
word/excel/access pages.
Many thanks in advance.
