Why not use Jouranl?
I use it a lot to as a personal diary in conjunction with Calendar. For
short notest etc. in meetings or from appointments I use calendar. For long
file note type records (records of discussions, notes to file, information I
would have normally recorded in a diary however it is not related to a date
I use Journal. I also use Pocket Journal with my Palm Tungsten T to transfer
information from Journal to the Palm and visa versa when I make Journal
entries away from the office.
Journal is a great tool for retreiving information. I recently dismissed an
employee and within seconds had all my notes etc. that I had recorded with
regard to problems with this individual. No searching diaries for hours at a
time and recopying the notes.
Journal is a great tool for business use.
