I put email messages into our public journal to associate it with a contact
and maintain the historical data. Then I want to clear it out of my
inbox/sent items. Before, I was able to insert the message as a "text only"
item. For some reason now, I only get the header information when I do that.
Putting the message in as a shortcut requires that I keep it on my hard drive
which really gets cluttered.
Any ideas on how I can recapture the text info of the message without having
to keep the email message...like I used to be able to do?
